Pre-Service
We call 15-30 minutes before arriving to make sure you will be available. Please give us a courtesy call to inform us of any changes. Technicians are trained and try to get the right your appliances working in 24 hours or less.
During Appliance Service
After you explain your issue(s) with the technician he will get to work diagnosing the problem. A written estimate will be given to you. The technician usually has the parts to fix the issue with your appliances. He will then replace, clean up, and wipe down appliance(s).
Post Refrigerator Service
To ensure quality service, you will be given a survey by email to fill out. You have an option to rant or rave about us. We keep the disciplinary action and satisfied customers seriously.
